After nearly four years of brewing session beers for O'Malley's pub the we are ready to stretch our imagination.Beginning next week we are going to begin experimenting with all types of styles.
These beers will be higher in alcohol content and will be sold to the public in 22oz bottles so beer fans can try the different flavors.
The first new beer is along the lines of an IPA. It will be our guinea pig to see how the whole system will work. We are looking to have it ready to taste at the brewery in late January at a special beer intro party. The beer will then be released in 22oz bottles if it passes the taste test.
We are taking suggestions on future flavors and are looking to have a bunch of fun with this new experiment.

Thanks! That sounds delicious. That would be a top candidate.
I have found that a red with an underlying Belgian flavor and a few extra hops is a great bier. Maybe a little tricky this early in the learning curve.
I would love to see a Porter!
